这套房，原本只是老小区的一个很普通的房子，经过改造和设计，却成了此后小区里精致生活绕不开的典型改造案例。不仅仅影响了业主在其内的生活态度和生活感受，更是缔造了老房改造的新概念。
This suite, originally just a very ordinary house in the old community, after transformation and design, has become the typical transformation case that the delicate life in the community cannot be opened since then. Not only affected the owner in its attitude to life and life feeling, but also created a new concept of old house transformation.
设计和生活息息相关，业主有个可爱的孩子，他们希望能在孩子和浪漫之间，达成一个平衡——我们互相关注，但也保持距离。很cool的概念，配上卓越的设计，就是理想的生活。
The design is closely related to life, and the owners have a lovely child. They want to strike a balance between children and romance -- we pay attention to each other, but also keep a distance. Very cool concept, with outstanding design, is the ideal life.
设计师充分了解业主需求，把公共空间作为整个设计的重点，希望打开房门，就是一家人在一起的温馨画面，做饭、吃饭、看电视、聊天互动是空间喜乐的动态流露。

改造前的客厅，家具非常简陋、缺乏美感，空间毫无生气，自然光被杂物遮挡，显得客厅十分昏暗。
The sitting room before transforming, furniture is very simple, lack aesthetic feeling, the space is lifeless, natural light is blocked by sundry, appear the sitting room is very dim.

改造后的客厅，窗前的杂物被清理干净，换上洁白的窗纱，当微风和着暖阳吹来，白纱飘荡犹如天使降临，为昏暗的室内带来明亮的光，整个客厅顿时变得宽敞明亮且温馨美好。

原本简陋的沙发被暖灰色的棉麻沙发代替，更加柔软舒适，拉高了整个客厅的质感，幸福感得到大大的提升。墙面也重新粉刷成淡淡的绿色，配合木色的茶几和地板，似是把森林搬进了家，惬意而自然，再铺上一层格纹地毯，柔软的触感和纹理让客厅充满生活气息。

餐厅做到精简空间，深棕色的餐桌椅朴素简约，与浅木色的地面形成明暗关系，打造出空间的层次感，顶端的挂灯像三朵可爱的白色喇叭花，绽放着扬起鲜嫩的花瓣，给餐厅带来春天的暖意。

改造前的房间逼仄、狭窄，一片白的墙壁空荡荡的，了无生趣。

改造后，温暖与温柔兼具的米棕色调装点整个房间，使卧室被温馨与柔和包围，墙壁的空荡用精美的挂画填补，提升了房间的艺术美感，窗户前没有杂物遮挡，阳光可以肆意闯入房间，驱散原有的阴霾和昏暗。
